Join Andrew Carazza, certified yoga instructor, on the Institute of Living campus for Yoga for mental health. This gentle and restorative class focuses on mindfulness, breathing techniques, and physical postures that may support flexibility, strength, relaxation, and overall mental and emotional well-being. Participants will be guided through each mindful session in a supportive setting while exploring yoga as a helpful practice for mind-body wellness.
