Ten Healthy Fun Foods to sample and savor were offered to guests taking part in a recent Nursing and Community Health Education program sponsored by The William W. Backus Hospital. Backus Food and Nutrition Department Registered dietitians Shannon Haynes and Sarah Hospod offered up some good advice on healthy eating and hospital chefs helped prepare the food.
