Backus heart failure support group to meet
NORWICH – The next Congestive Heart Failure Support Group will be held Wednesday, May 9, from 6-7:30 p.m. in The William W. Backus Hospital auditorium.
Patients with congestive heart failure can learn more about the disease and meet others going through treatment at the new support group, facilitated by cardiology nurse Aimee Stefanski.
The support group, for patients and families, is usually held the second Wednesday of each month and includes presentations on a variety of congestive heart failure topics. The program free and registration is not required. Call 823-6577 for more information.
