Backus blood drive to be held July 5

NORWICH – Summer months, and especially around the holidays, are traditionally times when the American Red Cross needs blood for life-saving operations and procedures.

That’s what makes the July 5 blood drive at The William W. Backus Hospital so important. The drive will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. in the entry level conference rooms.
