NORWICH - Find out more about vitamins and herbal medicines at "Vitamins and Herbal Medicines - Helpful or Harmful?" on Thursday, April 9, from 6:30 - 8 p.m. in The William W. Backus Hospital's entry level conference rooms.
Backus Hospital pharmacists Kate Wheeler and Michael Smith will provide safe and practical guidelines for use of herbal products. The event is free but registration is requested by calling 823-6313.
The event is part of the Backus Nursing and Community Health Education Department monthly lecture series "Speaking of Your Health: Head to Toe."
