 Healthy Roasted Nuts

 

Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted cashews

1 cup unsalted almonds

½ cup unsalted pecans

2 cups unsalted peanuts

½ cup low sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup dried cranberries

 

Directions:

Pour all nuts into a large, 2-inch deep baking pan, both metal or glass will work.  Mix in soy sauce, onion powder and garlic powder.  Bake at 225 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, mixing halfway through.  Nuts should be completely dry when done.  Once nuts are cooled, add dried cranberries.
