Follow Route 2 East to Exit 28S (1-395 South).Take Exit 79A (Route 2A). At the end of connector, make a right hand turn at stoplight onto Route 12. Proceed 4.2 miles. The Backus Health Center is located on the left.
From Northeastern CT:
From I-395 South, Exit 79A (Route 2A). At the end of connector, make a right hand turn at stop light onto Route 12. Proceed 4.2 miles. The Backus Health Center is located on the left.
From Southeastern CT:
Take 1-95 to Exit 86 (for Route 12/US Submarine Base). Make a right hand turn at bottom of ramp onto Route 12. Proceed 5 miles. The Backus Health Center is located on the right.
From Westerly, Rhode Island area:
Take 1-95 to Exit 86 (for Route 12/US Submarine Base). Make a right hand turn at bottom of ramp onto Route 12. Proceed 5 miles. The Backus Health Center is located on the right.
