Do you think you have the flu?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Take precautions:
  • Wash your hands with soap and water or sanitizing gel
  • Dispose of hand wipes and tissues
  • Maintain good sleep habits
  • Exercise
  • Eat well
  • Stay away from crowds if you are feeling sick
  • Cover your cough
2. Know the signs of flu:
  • Fever over 100 degrees F
  • Cough
  • Sore throat
  • Runny nose
  • Possibly fatigue, muscle pain, nausea or vomiting
3. If you have Flu-like Symptoms:
  • Stay home and get plenty of rest
  • Avoid contact with others until you have gotten better and have been well for two days
  • Contact your doctor if your symptoms worsen or you have underlying medical conditions
