First Backus health challenge wraps up in Plainfield

PLAINFIELD – The year-long Enjoy LIFE (Lifeline Investment in Fitness and
Exercise) program will wrap up with a final weigh-in and celebration on
Thursday, Dec. 9 at 6:30 p.m. in the Plainfield Recreation Center.
Everyone is invited to the event whether or not they participated in the Active Team Challenge or not.
Marie Dumaine of Marie’s Fitness and Massage Center will give a motivational talk and door prizes and light refreshments will be offered.
The program is free but registration is required by calling 860-889-8331, ext. 2495.
The next Enjoy LIFE series begins Jan. 20 with a nutrition and exercise “variety show.”
