Abigail Lopez holds her new baby son Josiah Elijah Rodriguez-Lopez. Josiah was born Saturday, Jan. 3 at 4:11 p.m., the first baby born at Backus in 2009. Josiah's mother and father, Pedro Rodriguez, live in Norwich. Josiah is Abigail's first child and weighed in at five pounds, six ounces.
