NORWICH – December’s “Woman to Woman Health Talk” topic will be “Down in the Doldrums: Depression During the Holidays,” presented by MaryGene Santa Teresa, MD and Rose Zmyslinski, APRN, of The William W. Backus Hospital’s  Psychiatric Services Department.

It will be held Thursday, Dec. 13, from 6:30-8 p.m. in the Backus Hospital entry level conference rooms. Space is limited.

The Backus Nursing and Community Health Education Department is offering the monthly educational events, which feature female Backus clinicians speaking about health issues of interest to women. They are held the second Thursday of each month.
