Da Vinci Wows Crowd at Annual Meeting
The William W. Backus Hospital is the first hospital in eastern Connecticut to have a da Vinci Robotic Surgical System, which is being used for prostate cancer, kidney and bladder operations so far. The minimally invasive procedure has numerous benefits for patients.
