Breast cancer fundraiser planned for Jan. 16

The event begins at 7 p.m. with food and gift basket raffles and will feature music from the band Rewind from 9 p.m. until midnight.
Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in women between the ages of 15 and 54, and one in eight of all women will get breast cancer in her lifetime.
Advance tickets can be purchased for $10 by contacting Alison Dwyer at alill80@yahoo.com. All of proceeds from tickets and raffle will go toward the Backus Breast Cancer Survivor Fund.
