Eastern Connecticut Rehabilitation Centers (ECRC) - When the need arises, physical therapy can help individuals recover from an injury or illness that affects their quality of life. Hospice Southeastern Connecticut - Hospice Southeastern Connecticut is the only Medicare Certified Hospice and the only hospice program offering all of the components required by the National Hospice and Pallative Care Organization throughout New London County. We have been providing care to residents of southeastern Connecticut since 1985. Care is primarily provided in the home, but when this is not possible, Hospice staff continue to follow the patient in local facilities.
